Refund policy

All returns and exchanges are chargeable at ₹150.
Final Sale items: Not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items & Value Packs: Eligible for exchange only (subject to size availability). If the requested size is unavailable, an alternate item will need to be selected.
Non-sale items: Eligible for both return and exchange.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Returns may be refused if items are found damaged.
No exchanges or returns on international orders.

Partial COD amounts are non-refundable if the parcel is refused at delivery, as they cover shipping and payment processing.
If you’d like the parcel reshipped, a ₹100 reshipping fee will apply.

COD refunds: Issued as store credit (valid for 90 days).
No refunds on final sale items, sale items, or value packs.
Prepaid refunds (non-sale items): Credited back to the original payment method within 5 - 7 working days after inspection.
Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected (this can take 7 - 10 days).
