- Bust: Measure at the fullest point with a non-padded bra or no bra.
- Underbust: Measure just below your bust around the ribcage.
- Waist: Measure at your slimmest part—where our high-waist bottoms sit.
- Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit as per your preference.

We accept a wide variety of payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Net Banking through our payment gateway partners RazorPay. Additionally, we support Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets which you can select at checkout.

Yes, you can select partial COD at checkout for an additional cost of INR 100.
- Partial COD amounts are non-refundable if a parcel is refused at delivery, as they cover logistics and payment processing fees.
- If you wish to reship a refused parcel, a ₹100 reshipping fee applies.

We ship Pan India and internationally. Orders ship within 24 hrs (Mon–Fri).
- Mumbai delivery: Up to 2 days
- Metros delivery: Up to 5 days
- Other locations: Up to 7–10 days

We do not allow returns or exchanges on products that have already been exchanged once.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement only. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be modified or cancelled. You can write to us on jammin@lifeandjam.com for all order changes.

Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during peak periods therefore Life & Jam cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

- Image of incorrect/damaged product

And we will take care of the rest.
