- Wash your lights and darks separately.
- Skip fabric softeners.

- Bust: Measure at the fullest point with a non-padded bra or no bra.
- Underbust: Measure just below your bust around the ribcage.
- Waist: Measure at your slimmest part—where our high-waist bottoms sit.
- Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit as per your preference.

We accept a wide variety of payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Net Banking through our payment gateway partners RazorPay. Additionally, we support Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets which you can select at checkout.

Yes, you can select COD at checkout for an additional cost of INR 100.

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Mumbai orders are delivered in 2 working days, major metros within 5 working days, and other locations in India within 7-10 working days.

No, we currently ship only within India.

You can start your return request here. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

All non-sale items in original packaging and condition are acceptable for returns/exchanges. All value pack items are eligible for exchanges ONLY.

- COD refunds will be made in the form of a store voucher ONLY. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email and need to self-ship your items to us.

Alternatively, we can manage the return and exchange shipping for a fee of INR 150. This amount will be deducted from your refund for returns, and for exchanges, we’ll send you a payment link to cover the fee.

You can change or cancel your order with us within 24 hrs of placing it by writing to us at jammin@lifeandjam.com. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during peak periods therefore Life & Jam cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

Oh no! This almost never happens but if you think you’ve received an incorrect/damaged product you can write to us at jammin@lifeandjam.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Image of incorrect/damaged product

And we will take care of the rest.

- COD refunds will be made in the form of a store voucher with an expiry of 90 days.
- Prepaid order refunds will be made back to the original form of payment.
- Your refund amount will take 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account.

Refunds will only be issued once the original parcel has reached us and has been inspected.
