How can I make my Life & Jam products last longer?

Our products are made to last but you need to do your part. By following the wash care instructions below, you can make sure you enjoy your Life & Jam gear longer. 

- Wash your products in cold or mildly warm water only.

- Lightly iron or do not iron the product at all. 

- Do not iron over any print or embellishment.

- Wash garments of multi-coloured styles individually.

- Avoid using fabric softeners as they can ruin the elasticity of your Life & Jam garments.

- Turn your clothes inside out and flat dry your garments. Do not tumble dry, do not use a dryer.

What is the right size for me?

We've provided a detailed size guide for each product on the respective product page. For more sizing related information DM us on Instagram for an instant response.

How do I measure myself to understand which size is right for me?

- Bust: Measure your bust size at the fullest part while wearing a non-padded, non-compressive bra or no bra at all.

- Underbust: Measure your under bust right below your bust line around your ribcage. 

- Waist: Measure your waist at your thinnest part, this is where our high waist bottoms will sit.

- Hip: Measure your hip at the fullest part, with the measuring tape crossing behind your back.

I fall between two sizes, how do I choose the perfect size for me?

If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit as per your preference.

Payment Options

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Net Banking through our payment gateway partners RazorPay. Additionally, we support Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets which you can select at checkout.

Do you accept COD orders?

Yes, we accept COD orders at a minimal additional cost.

How long will it take for my product to get to me?

  • We offer free shipping.

  • You will receive your order within 3-10 days from the day your order is placed.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

I want to return/exchange my product, how do I do this?

You can start your return request here. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

Once your request has been accepted, you will need to ship your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

What products are applicable for returns?

We will gladly accept all unworn, unwashed items with the original tags and packaging intact.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order with us within 24 hrs of placing it by writing to us at jammin@lifeandjam.com. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during peak periods therefore Life & Jam cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

How will I get my refund if I have cancelled my pre-paid order?

- Your refund will be made back to the original form of payment.

- Your refund amount will take 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account once your cancellation request has been processed.

I received an incorrect/damaged product. What should I do?

Oh no! This almost never happens but if you think you’ve received an incorrect/damaged product you can write to us at jammin@lifeandjam.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Product description

- Image of incorrect/damaged product

And we will take care of the rest.

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

  • Sale items are not applicable for returns or exchanges.
  • COD refunds will be made in the form of a store voucher with an expiry of 90 days.
  • Prepaid order refunds will be made back to the original form of payment.
