India

• We ship Pan India and internationally.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Orders ship within 24 hrs (Mon–Fri).
  - Mumbai delivery: Up to 2 days
  - Metros delivery: Up to 5 days
  - Other locations: Up to 7–10 days

International Orders

Click ‘International Shipping’ at checkout for shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.

Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment, and we are unable to take responsibility for delays, lost parcels or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address details.

Tracking

You can track your order here. A tracking link will also be sent to your registered email and phone once shipped.

Partial COD

• Partial COD amounts are non-refundable if a parcel is refused at delivery, as they cover logistics and payment processing fees.
• If you wish to reship a refused parcel, a ₹100 reshipping fee applies.

Pre-Orders

Dispatched within 15 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement only. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.
