Absolute bullshit policy

I recently ordered a sports bra from your website during the “sale”, I guess it was my fault | stumbled upon it during the sale, now the sports bra does not fit me and I have been
communicating with the team on email back and forth, they have only provided me with two solutions, pay the processing fee which is 150/-and either exchange the product or get store credit. Now, I don’t want to get in the hassle of exchanging again and again because I didn’t like the fit and I don’t know how other sizes would fit and the store credit would be of no use to me. I have been email in them continuously saying that I’m fine to pay the processing fee but atleast refund the remaining amount to my source payment method and they have denied, this is absolutely ridiculous to harass a customer like this and not providing a solution. And if you guys can’t exchange or return during the sale, please don’t run a sale, because in order to save 500 rs at max, this harassment is not worth it and incase you won’t like the product or something you will somehow be stuck with it and lose your money or you will have to pay 150 for exchange as well.

As clearly mentioned across our website in multiple places, sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds - a policy that’s standard across most brands and shared upfront to ensure full transparency.

That said, we still made an exception by offering you multiple options as a gesture of goodwill, so you're not stuck with a product you don’t like.
