The measurements listed for size S are accurate as per our size chart. However, fit can vary from body to body depending on height, proportions, and personal comfort preferences - this is true across all apparel brands. A fit concern does not indicate incorrect measurements.
Regarding returns, our policy across our website (return policy page, FAQs, the product page itself and home page) clearly states that sale items are not eligible for returns, and this is mentioned upfront on our website. Despite this, we still made an exception in your case and offered store credit so you wouldn’t be left without a solution.
Store credit is issued only after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, which can take up to 10 days depending on logistics. Once completed, the voucher is automatically sent. This process was communicated from our very first email.
We understand waiting can be frustrating, but we’ve followed the process shared from the start and have gone beyond our usual policies to assist you.
