Very inconvenient/bad return and exchange policy.

I would have rated it zero if there was an option for it. I ordered a wide leg pants from their site, i tried it and it was WAY TOO BIG. I ordered XL size and it felt like I was wearing an XXL. I've no idea how they built up their size chart, i always oreder XL and they fit me well but I'm not sure about this one. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM AND WANTED A RETURN OR EXCHANGE BUT THEY REFUSED SAYING WE DON'T HAVE RETURN POLICY FOR THIS PRODUCT THIS AND THAT. I mean you should have made it clear that you don't have return or exchange policy for this product I would have reviewed it more carefully and then I would have placed the order! I'm sorry to say this but I am really disappointed and I don't think I'm ever gonna purchase from this website again and nor i would suggest anyone to do it either. If you are providing service I think you should listen more to what your customer wants. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp, email, website but they didn't replied and refused for the return and even for an exchange.

- Our team was not given adequate time to respond – we request a minimum of 24 hours to address any concerns, and it's incorrect to say we refused assistance when we hadn’t yet responded.
- The product you purchased is clearly marked as non-returnable on our website at the time of purchase. This policy is transparent and upfront on multiple pages including the very page you made your purchase.
- We do not offer customer service via WhatsApp, and no such contact number has been provided officially.
- The product delivered is of the quality and sizing described (which is top notch - just read our 100s of reviews). It appears that the incorrect size may have been ordered, but that does not reflect a fault with the product itself. Sharing negative reviews without fully understanding or acknowledging the stated policies can be misleading and unfair.
